Shipping Policy

1) Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping confirmation with tracking when your parcel leaves our facility/partner.
2) Shipping methods & estimates
United States

Standard: ~5–8 business days

Expedited: ~2–4 business days

Rates are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders $[amount] and up (after discounts, before taxes).
International

Standard: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Rates calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates exclude processing time and customs clearance.
Notes: Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Business days exclude weekends/US holidays. Carrier delays, weather, and customs may extend timelines.
3) Fulfillment (dropshipping) & split shipments
We work with vetted third-party fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may ship separately at no additional cost.
4) Tracking
Tracking will be emailed once available. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier scan to appear. If you didn’t receive tracking, check spam/junk or contact us at [support@elynio.com].
5) Shipping addresses & changes
Please enter a complete and accurate address at checkout. We can’t modify addresses after an order has shipped. If you need a change, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
6) Undeliverable or returned parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or unclaimed status, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item(s) minus original shipping charges.
7) Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the parcel, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first.

Report issues to [support@elynio.com] within 7 days of a “delivered” scan, or within 30 days of shipment if never delivered.

We’ll open an inquiry with the carrier and, case-by-case, arrange a replacement or refund. ELYNIO is not liable for theft after delivery; consider using a secure delivery location.
8) Damaged on arrival
If your item arrives damaged, email photos of the packaging and product plus your order number to [support@elynio.com] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
9) Customs, duties & taxes (international)
International orders are shipped DDU/Delivered Duty Unpaid. Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. We cannot control customs timelines and are not responsible for related delays or charges.
10) Service areas
We currently ship to: [list countries/regions you ship to].
We cannot ship to locations restricted by carriers or trade sanctions (e.g., certain embargoed countries). PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories may have carrier limitations; delivery may default to USPS where required.
11) Pre-orders & backorders
If an item is marked pre-order/backorder, your order will ship when all items are available, or we may split ship at our discretion. Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page.
12) Holiday & peak-season delays
High-volume periods (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, year-end holidays) and severe weather can extend processing and transit times.
13) Shipping costs & currency
Shipping rates are shown at checkout in your selected currency (where supported). Any free-shipping promotions apply to the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
